Clinics & Services

Immunisations

We offer the full range of immunisations for children and adults including tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, Hib, polio, MMR, rubella and meningitis as well as some travel vaccinations (see below).

Babies’ first immunisations will be given by the nurse at the same time as your visit to the doctor for your baby’s eight week check. For all other childhood immunisations please make an appointment with one of our practice nurses.

We also offer Flu and Covid vaccinations to eligible patients when appropriate.

For a Vaccination Schedule, click on the link: https://www.nhs.uk/vaccinations/

Chronic Disease Care – Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, Coronary Heart Disease, Hypertension

We aim to review all patients with these conditions at least once a year. Our nurses specialise in chronic disease management and appointments for these checks can be made via reception.

Maternity

Conception counselling, antenatal and postnatal care is provided by the doctors during normal surgery hours. Antenatal care is shared with midwifes and obstetricians from our local hospitals.

You can self-refer for maternity care to West Middlesex University Hospital at https://www.chelwest.nhs.uk/services/maternity or Kingston Hospital at https://www.kingstonmaternity.org.uk/

Cervical Cytology

To reduce the risk of cancer, cervical smear tests should be performed regularly (unless indicated by the doctors) between the ages of 25 – 65.

Click here for more information: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/cervical-screening/

If you are not up to date with your smears you will be notified by post that you are due a smear test. We ask all female patients who have had a smear test to ring the surgery about one month after the test was taken to confirm the result unless notified by post.

Sexual & Reproductive Health

We offer a range of contraceptive and family planning services. Patients can speak with a doctor about pills, coils, implants, caps, injections, patches and emergency contraception (which is available in pill or coil forms).

Please note: we do not fit implants and coils (IUCD or IUS) at Jubilee Surgery. For further information about these services, please go to https://www.shswl.nhs.uk/

Further information about local services is also available at https://www.richmond.gov.uk/sexual_health

We offer menopause advice and treatment and counselling for unplanned pregnancies.

To self refer for termination of pregnancy, please call South West London Termination of Pregnancy Services on 0345 872 5503.
